New Official Teasers of Hyundai Tucson aka the ix35 Compact SUV

that will be launched at the Frankfurt motorshow in September as the ix35 - at least that's what the European market model will be called. In addition to the two official sketches released by the Korean automaker, the forumsters over at Bobaedream discovered a profile photo of the new compact crossover that takes styling cues from the ix-onic show car from this year's Geneva Salon.

The ix35 is expected to arrive in European showrooms before the end of 2009 and in the United States, early next year.
